Terms & Conditions for the Premier Sports Coaching Sports Sessions (Moycarkey-Borris)
The activities involved in the Premier Sports Coaching Mid-term/summer coaching sessions are available to all primary school children in the Parish of Moycarkey-Borris . Activities will take place on the announced dates between 10:30 am & 1:30 pm each day.
The fees are non-negotiable at a set price of €20 per child for two day camps and €25 for 3 day camps, with a €5 discount for each additional sibling. Once the fees have been received and payment has cleared you will issued a receipt via post text, or email, please keep this as proof of payment. Payment should be received in full no later than one week before camp starts. The exceptions are our soccer/tag rugby days which cost €12 per child and run from 10:30am-1pm.
No child will be allowed to participate in these activities without having a completed application form returned to us by a parent/guardian
We will ask for your permission to take photographs/video clips (for our website, facebook, twitter, future advertising or newspaper articles etc) during the activities. By signing the application form you are giving your consent to do this otherwise please notify us in writing if you do not wish your child to be photographed/recorded.
Bullying or Unacceptable behaviour of any kind is not tolerated and may result in a participant being asked to leave the coaching sessions.
Payments can be made in cash, cheque or postal order. Cheques and postal orders must be made payable to ‘Martin Walsh’ and if posting sent to the following address: Martin Walsh, (Premier Sports Coaching), Killough, Thurles, Co.Tipperary.
Participants will not be allowed to leave the venue (Moycarkey-Borris Community Sports centre) between the running times without written consent from a parent/guardian. Once sessions have finished children may be collected outside of the facility. Children who are walking home may not hang around the facility once activities are over.
Once booked any cancellations will carry a 25% cancellation fee. You must notify us of any cancellations in writing or by phone before the camp starts.
Refunds will not be issued for cancellations after the activities have started. Refunds will not be issued if your child misses any days activities for any reason. It is the responsibility of the person who makes the booking to make sure there child attends the camp as refunds will not be given if a child does not attend/ if we have not been notified of a cancellation.
We will not be held responsible for any loss of or damage to participants property during our sessions. It is recommended that any valuable items such as phones & money are left at home.
It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian who makes the booking to inform us of any medical/health conditions that any participant may have on the application form.
Participants should wear suitable clothing and footwear for the activities, all activities will be indoors.
Children may bring a snack/drink to have at break time.
Moycarkey-Borris community Sports Centre does not have any responsibility for the activities carried out during the week and will not be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury that may occur.
