Easter/Summer/Midterm Camps

Terms & Conditions for the Premier Sports Coaching  Sports Sessions

  1. The activities involved in the Premier Sports Coaching Easter/Summer/Midterm coaching  sessions are available to all children who currently attend primary school. Activities will take place on the advertised times and dates for each camp. Supervision is provided 15 minutes before the camp starts and no earlier. Children should be collected promptly when the camp is over.
  2. The fees are non-negotiable, with a €5 discount for each additional sibling offered on selected camps only. Payment is due on the first day of activities and an application form is to be completed by a parent/guardian.
  3. No child will be allowed to participate in these activities without having a completed application form returned to us by a parent/guardian on the start date.
  4. We will ask for your permission to take photographs/video clips (for our website, facebook,twitter, future advertising or newspaper articles etc) during the activities. By signing the application form you are giving your consent to do this otherwise please notify us in writing if you do not wish your child to be photographed/recorded.
  5. Bullying or Unacceptable behaviour of any kind is not tolerated and may result in a participant being asked to leave the coaching sessions.
  6. Payments can be made in cash, cheque or postal order. Cheques and postal orders must be made payable to ‘Martin Walsh’.
  7. Participants will not be allowed to leave the venue between the set times without written consent from a parent/guardian. Once sessions have finished children may be collected outside of the facility. Children who are walking home may not hang around the facility once activities are over and parents must make coaches aware of this arrangement beforehand.
  8. Once booked any cancellations will carry a 25% cancellation fee. You must notify us of any cancellations in writing or by phone before the camp starts.
  9. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations after the activities have started. Refunds will not be issued if your child misses any days activities for any reason. It is the responsibility of the person who makes the booking to make sure there child attends the camp as refunds will not be given if a child does not attend/ if we have not been notified of a cancellation.
  10. We will not be held responsible for any loss of or damage to participants property during our sessions. It is recommended that any valuable items such as phones & money are left at home.
  11. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian who makes the booking to inform us of any medical/health conditions that any participant may have on the application form.
  12. Participants should wear suitable clothing and footwear for the activities, all activities will be outdoors.
  13. Children may bring a snack/drink to have at break time.
  14. The venues we use do not have any responsibilities for the activities carried out during the week and will not be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury that may occur.
